GoClixy Directory is an online business directory platform allowing businesses to create listings and users to discover local services. We also provide a white-label platform for third-party directory operators.

You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and be responsible for all activities under your account.

If you create a listing, all information must be accurate, current, and not misleading. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these Terms or our content guidelines.

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, post misleading content, scrape data without permission, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the Service, or post spam.

By submitting content (reviews, ratings, photos), you grant GoClixy Directory a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content. We reserve the right to remove content violating our guidelines.

Subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

The GoClixy Directory platform and its content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or distribute any part without written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoClixy Directory shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time. We may revise these Terms by posting updates to this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
